Individual Training Sessions

Professors can request hands-on, one-on-one sessions according to their personal needs. Sessions will take place in the Library Multimedia Lab and may focus on different issues such as:

Customized training on JCU network facilities

Creating bibliographies from My Library Account

Social bookmarking

Current awareness tools and queries

Multipoint Interactive Videoconferencing software

Introduction to Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)

Customized Word and Excel training

Other course-specific software (e.g. SPSS, Dreamweaver)
