When accessing the Database page in the Library Portal, a window pops up asking you to type your JCU user name and password. The pop-up window may look slightly different, depending on which browser you are using. Follow the examples below for Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.

Type your user name and password, as shown in the example below :

Depending on your version of Internet Explorer, you will have to type the information into either two (2) or three (3) fields.

Make sure you type the domain jcabot followed by the \ symbol (backslash) before your user name as shown in the example below:
