Hardware and Software
* Please Note: The computer number is designated by a label on the upper left corner of the monitor.
Hardware:
All computers in the Library Multimedia Lab are equipped with CD burners and speakers (attached to the bottom of the monitor) that can accomodate two sets of headphones. Headphone jacks are located on the left side of the speaker. The on-off button (and volume control) is located on the right side of the speaker. In addition, all computers have multiple-format (camera) card readers that can be used for downloading photos. These card slots are located on the front of the computer (there is a cover that may have to be pulled down in order to access the slots).
The following computers are equipped with Firewire (IEEE 1394) ports (located on the back of the computer): # 1, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10.
